Energized Muslimah MobilityWhen it comes to fitness for Muslim women, mobility is one of the most critical areas. The demands of childcare, sedentary work, and lack of movement can cause your joints to get stiff and make you more prone to injuries. Energized Muslimah Mobility is the concept I've created to support my own training regime and offer a suitable approach for Muslim women who like to improve mobility, relax, stretch out, and breathe.
The more mobile you are, the better you will feel during your workouts. You'll be able to focus all your efforts on becoming fitter, leaner, and stronger with minimized risk of hurting yourself. You will also be able to participate in activities and adventures that you didn't think you could. Whether that's hiking, running, or rock climbing, your mobility will not limit you to enjoy it! |
Energized Muslimah RunRunning is an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, include vigorous exercise in your life, and support your fat loss goals. You will almost certainly feel great thanks to the runner's high you will experience. As a mum with two C-sections, running is another achievement for me! Thanks to the strength training and recovery I did postnatally, I can run without any issues, which is tremendous freedom and happiness! I want to share that with other Muslim women, as I know running is a dream and goal for many!
When it comes to fitness for Muslim mums, I know that you want your workouts to be as time-efficient as possible. Running ticks that box and doesn't require anything special but a pair of running shoes. The Energized Muslimah Run service was designed to help you get off the couch and be able to run for 30 minutes continuously. It includes a simple strength training and running plan to help you get there regardless of your current level of fitness. |
