WHO IS ENERGIZED MUSLIMAH RUN FOR?
For women that like to get strong, feel healthy, start running and who want to be able to run for 30 min in 6 weeks.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START ENERGIZED MUSLIMAH RUN?
As for equipment; just a mat, superband and a hip band. Then quality running shoes and a supportive sports bra is recommended.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE FOR ENERGIZED MUSLIMAH RUN?
The program will put you into great shape! It’s important however that you’ve already have strengthened up yourself immediately postnatal before you start running, which your personalized training program in the Ft Mum Blueprint does for you.

CAN I WORKOUT AT HOME? WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Yes, your personalized strength training program can easily be performed at home. You’ll only need a fitness mat, superband and a hip band. For the cardio part, you may do this on a treadmill or outdoor.
