What's the difference between having a personal trainer or an online coach?
In general, a personal trainer in a gym is "only" giving you a training session for your goals. As an online coach, you'll get a complete program with a proven plan for success. You'll get accountability, weekly check-in, and help with your habits, lifestyle, and even mindset training.

What is Energized Muslimah's approach to fitness & nutrition?
A non-diet approach! And also with the belief that everyone can love to workout and a healthy lifestyle can make you truly happy inside & out!
You'll learn to eat proper food without being deprived or feeling hungry. That will give you the long-term results that you are looking for. But it will also help you decrease and eventually stop cravings for sugar and junk food—no more dieting. The focus is on strength training, thanks to all the benefits on the whole body. You will get stronger, reshape your body, improve your posture, and work on your cardio. Mobility training is also emphasized. |
Who is the program ideal for?
Energized Muslimah welcomes women desiring to live a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, get stronger, stop dieting and get long-lasting results. Pre- & Postnatal and breastfeeding women included.

How is the program delivered?
All of your coaching material, tracking, fitness programs, videos, etc. are delivered directly online from Energized Muslimah's website and through the Energized Muslimah App. Available both for iPhone and Android. Our communication is also taking place in the messenger function in the app and on Zoom.

What types of recipes and foods are part of the program?
You'll be recommended a range of simple and natural food. The goal is to make the entire meal prep time as quick and straightforward as possible. Cultural sensitivities or preferences are considered, and the meal plan is adapted accordingly to your needs and requests.
Your personalized recipe plans have the purpose of being an inspiration, of giving you guidelines about what foods to eat and in which amounts for you. It's about finding healthy habits, not a too strict general diet, or being in the mindset of dieting for a short and specific period. I will aim to teach you healthy habits that will improve your well-being and help you reach your goals. |
