Who is Energized Muslimah Mobility for?
Energized Muslimah Mobility Bundle are mobility training sessions and sequences designed to help any woman who wants to: improve their joint range of motion, activate muscles needed to move better, alleviate stress, enjoy low impact exercise, minimize pain in the joints, recover from strength training and bootcamp style workouts, and enhance performance in and out of the gym.
How is this different from yoga or stretching classes?
Energized Muslimah Mobility sessions move you through positions, stretches and exercises in a constant flow, holding positions for no longer than 2-5 seconds. The movements and stretches are considered dynamic and focus on joint range of motion rather than muscle lengthening, which is what stretching concentrates on. The sessions are completely free of all yoga mantras, which is important a Muslimahs.
Do I need to be in shape for Energized Muslimah Mobility?
The sessions are for everyone. No matter what fitness level you are at. Thanks to the low impact sessions they are even suitable for those who have never exercised before.
What do I need to start Energized Muslimah Mobility?
We recommend you to use a yoga style or fitness mat to move around on. Have a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfy clothes you can move around in without restricting your movements. We also encourage you to take Energized Muslimah Mobility sessions without shoes, so wear socks, or you can move around barefoot depending on your comfort level.
